Coming specifically with industry knowledge, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will build a database of best in class talent in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, through engaging talent through various social media channels, job boards and professional networks
You will build and maintain candidate relationships, communicate interview information and details to ensure a positive and full candidate experience
You will be reporting directly to the Head of People and Culture
Job Responsibilities
Build on and further develop our current database of best in class candidates in accordance with the HR plan and recruitment strategy, through using a variety of platforms, job boards and professional social media
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, help with screening candidates
Identify matches between job roles and potential candidates by taking a direct approach and via networking opportunities and contacts
Communicate interview details and help to develop a positive candidate experience
Maintain recruitment-related documents and candidate records in line with GDPR and other relevant legislation
Share candidate feedback accordingly, following internal recruitment policy
Using your extensive contacts, take a headhunting approach to senior posts and specialist positions
Represent the company in a positive way at all times
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
To hold a business degree in administration or something similar, and hold experience within the industry of not less than 5 years
To have a proven track record of success in recruitment
To be target orientated
To travel within the UK if necessary
To work beyond normal hours to meet required to organise interviews, screen candidates and meet deadlines
