Tender/quote assessment criteria
a) Price 70% b) Technical standards and capability 15% c) Experience and skills 15 % d) Financial standing e) Contract management arrangements. f) Delivery proposals. g) Employers and Public liability insurance h) Health and safety arrangements
Price will be the primary criteria carrying a weighting of 70%. Quality criteria will carry a weighting of 30%. Other criteria such as insurance, financial standing and health and safety will be a mandatory requirement and will be assessed on a pass/fail basis where the supplier’s tender/quotes will be rejected if they do not meet the minimum requirements.
