Tata steel present award to Iconsys

During a recent visit to ICONSYS by Tata Steel Down Stream Operation (DSO) Directors and Works Engineers; Neil Dolman from the Trostre site presented us with an award as a thank you for the professionalism and hard work recently carried out by our Engineering Team on the upgrade of their ETL#5 Line.  ICONSYS upgraded the Line with a new Siemens S7-1500 Safety PLC with communication to the existing Line Gem 80’s (via HDLC) and provided new ABB DCS 800 Drives in single and multi-motor configurations.  Other work completed by ICONSYS included IMAGEM and iFIX modifications and new Transformer Rectifier plus new Operator Desks.
