iconsys shortlisted for prestigious Shropshire Chamber Business Awards

We’re delighted to announce that our hard work around “Wellbeing in the Workplace” has been recognised by Shropshire Chamber of Commerce.

iconsys have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards 2023 category “Wellbeing in the Workplace”.

The Wellbeing in the Workplace category looks at companies who recognise the importance of supporting both the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees.

We look forward to welcoming a team of judges, who will be visiting the Technology Hub on the 18^th May 2023.  We are up against three other finalists in this category.

The areas the judges will be looking further into, will be:

• Evidencing that health and wellbeing of employees are embedded in our business culture
• Training to recognise and address “hidden” issues such as mental health
• Examples of robust wellbeing policies and their impact on the workforce, and wider business
• Commitment to flexible working and healthy work-life balance
• Response to challenges of changing economy such as home working

The judges will make their final decision with the awards evening taking place at the Telford International Centre on Friday 23rd June.
