Darren Manning joins iconsys

As the company continues to grow, iconsys are pleased to announce that Darren Manning has joined the Sales Team as Business Development Manager.

Darren has had a varied engineering career having started as an apprentice technician at the University of South Wales gaining a BENG (HONS) in Electronic Engineering. He graduated as a systems engineer with British Steel, moving into the System Integration world working his way up to Senior Engineer.   He brings many years of hands on engineering experience within Drive Systems, PLC, SCADA and DCS.  Darren moved into a sales role, working for Rockwell for 10 years and most recently Schneider Electric as a Business Development Manager.

His Industrial Automation knowledge will be invaluable to iconsys, and in particular his experience and understanding of the food and beverage sector – OEE, Historian and MES.
