Racks

The racks are all produced for continuous mounting, so that they can be connected with each other until the desired length is achieved.

The racks can be heat-treated, the most common heat treatments offered are induction-hardening for racks and case-hardening and induction-hardening for gears.

Product information

From module 0.5 up to module 42, and from quality 5 to quality 10. Quality 5 racks have a max one-piece length of 1000mm, quality 6 racks a max one-piece length of 2000mm & lower quality racks a max one-piece length of 3000mm.

Helical Racks

From module 0.5 up to module 42 & from quality 5 to quality 10. Quality 5 racks have a max one-piece length of 1000mm, quality 6 racks a max one-piece length of 2000mm & lower quality racks a max one-piece length of 3000mm.

Straight Racks

We can source round racks, with ground or cold drawn raw materials, with straight or helical tooth system, right or left-handed. Quality classes and modules which can be produced are the standard ones and the length is up to 3000mm.

Round Racks

Mounting racks with standard dimensions have a faster delivery time, however customized mounting racks are also available. Heat treatment available: induction hardened teeth and burnishing.
