With iconsys we are moving forward, helping customers realise safe environments and machines for their workforce. Using OMRON Safety Services to deliver Machine Safeguarding Evaluation, Risk Assessment, and Conceptual Safety Design.
Then, taking the conceptual safety design we move to a fully engineered solution which is delivered through close collaboration with iconsys. Before handover all engineered solutions are validated and the workforce trained in the use of the new safety system.

OMRON’s i-BELT Data Services assist in linking production and management challenges with manufacturing data. The data is turned into meaningful information to achieve practical improvements to solve production challenges.
Working together with iconsys and the end customer, our manufacturing and data experts identify and examine production and management challenges.
