Speed dating with T-Level students at Telford College!

As part of our ongoing investment in STEM, Matthew Daly, our IT Engineer, and Milissa Chesters MA HRM, FCIPD, Head of People & Culture, recently spent an inspiring afternoon at Telford College’s The Quad – their impressive new campus at Station Quarter.

They participated in a lively and engaging T-Level student “speed-dating” session, meeting 12 talented individuals from the first-ever cohort of Digital T-Level students to study at The Quad. These students, pursuing qualifications in Data Analysis & IT Support and Software Development, showcased their skills and enthusiasm during rapid-fire interviews.

While we’re still waiting to see if there’s a “match”, we’re excited about the possibility of welcoming a new face to #teamiconsys at our Technology Hub in January to work alongside Matt in IT.

T-Level qualifications are a fantastic way for students to gain essential, hands-on industry experience, bridging the gap between education and the workplace. At iconsys, we’re proud to partner with Telford College to nurture and support the next generation of talent.
