Meet the experts behind predictive maintenance

29/05/2019

Following on from our recent successful webinar, iconsys will be hosting a predictive maintenance morning event at our Head Office in Telford on 25th June 2019.

For this event, we have assembled a group of leading predictive maintenance experts who will be presenting their expertise, services or products, conducting live demonstrations and answering your questions.  Please note, the number of guests for this event is limited to 15, so we suggest you act fast and book your place.

The event will be hosted by Andy Bunce, our own IoT industry expert, who will be talking about how iconsys delivers turnkey predictive maintenance encompassing our partners’ technology. We will be joined by speakers from:

  • Senseye – CEO and co-founder Dr. Simon Kampa will be discussing Senseye’s cloud-based product which has been designed to be used on the shop-floor by maintenance and operations who need to keep production lines running smoothly.  How Senseye offers you a greater insight into your assets, capabilities and machine health using proprietary machine-learning algorithms to automatically forecast machine failure and remaining useful life.
  • Siemens – Tom Hammond will outline the benefits of using their cloud-based IoT operating system, MindSphere. In particular how it offers a safe, secure environment to store and analyse your real time and aggregated condition monitoring data.
  • Uptime Consultant – Founder Andy Gailey will provide the benefits of moving from a reactive to a proactive maintenance strategy. He’ll offer advice on what signals to monitor, environmental considerations and sensor location on mechanical assets for the collection of machinery data.
  • PCB Piezotronics – European Business Development Manager for Industrial Products, Paolo Sermisoni, will present an overview of PCB’s sensor technology. In particular he will look at the practical considerations required when choosing the correct sensor – including sensor types, mounting considerations and environmental factors.

If you can’t wait that long, iconsys will also be joining our partner Senseye at the Siemens ‘Digital Talks 2019’. Come to ACC on Kings Dock, Liverpool on 11th June 2019 as we put forward our joint engineering expertise and discuss how companies can start preparing their workplace for Senseye’s predictive maintenance software.
