iconsys hold successful MiM networking event

A successful breakfast networking event held at our Telford office in partnership with Made in the Midlands (MiM).

The morning proved to be popular as it was attended by over 60 MiM members.  The event offered the perfect opportunity for both new and old members and invited guests to come together, enjoy the breakfast buffet provided, to network and connect with other manufacturing and engineering key influencers/decision makers to discuss industry related topics as well as give advice and support on any issues.

Andy Bunce, Sales Director kicked-off the morning by introducing the company. He touched on our history and how iconsys an established leading UK automation systems integrator, specialise in the design, manufacture and turnkey supply of integrated solutions, incorporating Smart Technology solutions with robotics manufacturing cells, automation, machine performance management, cyber security, intelligent multi drive systems.  All attendees were then given an opportunity to showcase their company, raise their corporate profile, the “branding” of the business, unearthing business opportunities and make good local connections.

The members were then split up into groups and given an extensive tour of the facility. Throughout the mornings event the iconsys team gave various presenting on the following topics; collaborative robot – Yumi & Flexi MT, workshop panel build facility, application training program, product service & support, energy saving options and how important Industry 4.0 is to the manufacturing sector.

The networking event was a huge success, with good positive feedback from all who attended.
