As part of our ongoing business development strategy ICONSYS have strengthened the Service Department with the recent appointment of Steve Sheppard.
Steve joins ICONSYS as Service Manager. He’ll be overseeing the day–to-day running of our dedicated service department as he heads an already established team of specialist service engineers who will provide the technical support and skills necessary to maintain and develop our current and potential customers’ facilities to the highest standards.
Steve brings a wealth of previous engineering and service management expertise to the position. His experience and knowledge will prove to be invaluable to both our existing and future customers as we can now offer a broader range of advanced, reliable support services, enabling us to minimise production downtime and reduce long term costs through a comprehensive suite of support services tailored to suit user operational and production requirements. Our support service will offer customers an opportunity of having a competitive advantage, allowing them to focus on their core activity.
